国外护工行业的研究进展(4)

综上所述，可提出以下展望：①首先规范护工行业管理，将现有护工从业人员按照统一标准进行培训，并完成考核，考核通过后颁发相应的资格证书。加大宣传力度，呼吁社会重视日常照护，认可护工工作，制定相应的奖惩规定并实行，依照法律规定对护工及其服务对象给予相应的法律保护与义务规定，让护工行业正规化、合理化、人性化。②在实现规范护工管理基础上扩大招收力度、调整人员结构、制定准入制度、吸纳年轻就业群体、协调性别比例，以达到改善人员数量少、结构单一的现状。③规范行业准入、准出，为从业人员给予相应的政策支持与保护，营造良好的工作环境，对优秀工作者给予肯定与表扬，以激励工作积极性，增加成就感，最大限度降低人员流动性。④在护工行业发展较为成熟后，可以借鉴国外相关发展模式，对护工工作职责范围进行相应的扩展，由负责日常照护及简单的基础护理向一些较复杂的照护方向发展与培养。
